As happens in a great many cases the construction work came as a direct consequence of our previous work for Devon County Council. Our reputation for quality, punctuality and customer service led us to be selected for major refurbishment work. The project consisted of stripping existing store areas, installation of new kitchen facilities, alterations to existing heating systems, full redecoration to 6 classrooms and installation of stud partition walls.
 
Quite commonly our work in the education sector has to take place in school holiday time to very tight schedules, but Underhill Building Services operate a staff screening process enabling work to be undertaken throughout normal term time!
